Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we handle when you buy or use RogzX software. We keep data collection to what is needed to deliver the product, protect the licence, and support you.

1. Order and contact data

When you buy, we receive your email address, order details, and payment status from Sell.app so we can deliver your licence and provide support. If you contact us on Discord, we may keep the conversation to resolve your issue.

2. Payment data

Payments are handled by Sell.app and its payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). Your card and payment details go directly to those providers. RogzX does not see or store your full card information.

3. Licence and device binding

To activate and protect your licence, the software sends your licence key and a hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your device to our licensing provider (KeyAuth) and our licence server. This binds a licence to one device and prevents key sharing. The HWID is a technical identifier; it is not your name or contact details. If you change device, contact us (see below) and we will reset the binding so you can re-activate.

4. App activity and diagnostic logs

When you activate and use the software, our licensing systems keep activity and diagnostic logs. These logs can include your device's hardware identifier (HWID), your computer's name, the application and its version, your licence or account identifier, the date and time of each activation and session, and the IP address the request was made from. Your computer's name is whatever you named your PC, so it may contain a name you chose. We use these logs to activate and protect licences, to detect fraud and abuse (including chargeback fraud), to keep the service secure, and to help you when you contact support. We never use these logs for advertising and we never sell them, and we keep them only for as long as we need them for those purposes.

5. What Ultimate Tweaks reads on your PC

The scan and live dashboard read your system state (such as CPU, GPU, memory, network and Windows settings) on your own device to show you findings and an optimisation score. This runs locally on your PC. The software also checks for updates. Beyond licence activation and update checks, it is designed to work on your machine rather than to send your system information to us.

6. Email

We may send you transactional emails (such as your licence key, order confirmation, and renewal reminders) through our email provider (Resend). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service: Sell.app, Stripe and PayPal (payments and delivery), Resend (email), and KeyAuth (licence validation). Activation and diagnostic logs are held on our own licensing server and its hosting provider. Each of these processes data on our behalf for those purposes.

8. Your rights and contact
