Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final. RogzX does not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any product or subscription period that has already been paid for.

2. Digital Product Notice

RogzX is a digital product with instant access and delivery, so once an order is completed no return is provided.

3. Cancelling a monthly subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, with no additional fees. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal: you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. We also email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal, so you always have time to decide.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

If something is wrong, contact us on Discord first and we will help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of cancelling normally will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your licence.

5. Exceptions

Any exception is solely at our discretion in rare, clearly-verifiable billing error cases.
