Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using RogzX. By completing a purchase or downloading and using the software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

1. Who we are

RogzX is a software product developed and distributed as an independent tool. References to “RogzX”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to the developers and distributors of the RogzX software. References to “you” or “the user” refer to the individual purchasing and/or using the software.

2. The software

RogzX is a Windows desktop application that provides keyboard and mouse input automation. The software is sold as a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase via a licence key (and any download or access instructions provided at checkout).

3. Licence

3.1 Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RogzX for your own personal use for the duration of your chosen plan (weekly, monthly, or lifetime), subject to the technical limits of the product (including authentication and device binding).

Your licence may be bound to a single device identifier (HWID) as enforced by the software’s licence and authentication system. You are responsible for keeping your licence key confidential.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the software or your licence to any third party.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
  3. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software.
  4. Use the software for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  5. Share, distribute, or make your licence key available to any other person.

3.3 Breach

Violation of any licence condition may result in immediate termination of your licence without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

4. Purchases and payment

4.1 Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in euro (EUR). Applicable taxes (including VAT) may be collected at checkout depending on your location and the policies of our payment partners.

4.2 Processors

Payments are processed securely through Sell.app and Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.3 Plans

Available plans at the time these Terms were last updated include:

  • Weekly licence — €5.99
  • Monthly licence — €9.99
  • Lifetime licence — €39.99

We may change prices or plans at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4.4 Renewal

Weekly and monthly licences do not auto-renew unless that is expressly stated at the point of purchase. It is your responsibility to renew if you wish to continue using the software after your plan expires.

5. Digital content and waiver of right of withdrawal

5.1 Immediate delivery

RogzX is digital content delivered electronically. Delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

5.2 EU / UK withdrawal — important

Under European Union Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer laws, consumers ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”).

However, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

The exact effect of this waiver depends on your country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived apply notwithstanding this section.

5.3 Checkout confirmation

By accepting the terms at checkout and/or completing payment, you confirm that:

  1. You request immediate performance of the contract where offered.
  2. You understand you may lose withdrawal rights once delivery begins, where applicable.
  3. You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6. Refund policy

6.1 General rule

All sales are final. Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6.2 No refund typically applies for

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your system where minimum requirements were stated and not met, or where you did not verify compatibility.
  • Your account being suspended or banned in any game or platform as a result of using the software.
  • Failure to read these Terms or setup instructions before purchasing.
  • Expiry of a weekly or monthly plan.
  • Software updates or feature changes after purchase.

6.3 Chargebacks

If you believe you have a legitimate claim under mandatory consumer law, contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate and permanent termination of your licence.

7. Acceptable use

7.1 Lawful use

You agree to use RogzX only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable laws and regulations.

7.2 Games and platforms

RogzX is an input automation tool. You acknowledge that:

  1. Use of third-party software, including macro tools, may violate the terms of service of games or platforms you use it with.
  2. We do not represent that use of RogzX is permitted by any game publisher, platform, or anti-cheat system.
  3. You assume sole responsibility for consequences arising from your use of the software, including account bans, suspensions, penalties, or other actions by publishers or platform operators.

7.3 No liability for third-party actions

We disclaim responsibility for bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third parties. No refund will be issued for those reasons.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RogzX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • Warranties that the software will be compatible with any specific game, platform, hardware, or OS version.
  • Warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of results from use of the software.

Game updates, anti-cheat updates, or operating system updates may affect functionality. We do not guarantee continued compatibility after third-party changes, but we will endeavour to provide fixes or updates where reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RogzX, its developers, and distributors shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  • Loss of or damage to game accounts, virtual items, currency, or in-game progress.
  • Damages arising from account bans or suspensions.
  • Damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the licence in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law (including, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in RogzX, including branding and documentation, remain with the RogzX developers. These Terms grant only the limited personal licence in section 3.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your licence without notice if we reasonably determine that you have:

  • Violated these Terms.
  • Shared, distributed, or resold your licence or key.
  • Attempted to reverse engineer or tamper with the software.
  • Initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us.

Upon termination for breach, no refund is owed for any remaining licence period.

12. Changes to software and terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the software or features. We may modify these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after posting may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Review this page periodically.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide greater protections, those apply to the extent required.

15. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent needed; the remainder stays in effect.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and RogzX regarding use of the software and supersede prior communications on the same subject, to the extent permitted by law.
